Sophie the Giraffe – A Teething Toy

As babies get closer to 6 months they start showing signs of teething. Yes, some are sooner and some are later but 6 months is the average age for getting the bottom two teeth. Teething is a tough phase for many babies (and parents). Babies are constantly putting things in their mouth – anything they can get their hands on.  One of the most popular teething toys on the market is Vulli’s Sophie the Giraffe. Its soft, made out of 100% natural rubber and food paint, squeeks when squeezed and the baby can enjoy chewing on any part of the giraffe (my son loved his Sophie…it went everywhere with us). There is nothing negative to say about Sophie except that it is not cheap – expect to pay about $20.

Here is a list of the 10 most popular teething toys on the market.
