Graco just released a new swing on the market, the Sweet Snuggle Infant Soothing Swing. It differs than most other swings because of its Patented Cradling MomMotion. The motion is designed to mimic mom’s soothing motions for baby.

- Overhead toy bar with soft toys

The Sweet Snuggle Infant Soothing Swing is fantastic for many reasons, first of all it takes up less space than traditional baby swings. With space constraints and all the other baby items to buy, it is nice to have a more compact baby swing. The other benefit is the fact that it is a plug-in swing and not battery operated. The battery operated swings use up batteries so fast that you will constantly be buying batteries. I have a great swing, the Fisher Price Nature’s Touch Cradle Swing, which I love and my daughter loves but I was changing batteries so often that I had to resort to rechargeable batteries which even then I have to change often. I am a huge advocate of the plug-in swings!
One complaint so far is that the soothing sounds are not quite soothing. Many users say they are more static sounds rather then peaceful. The other complaint is that the toy bar and soft toys are not stimulating or exciting for baby (take it from me, the swing aspect is way more important than the toy bar). If these are the only complaints, then the Sweet Snuggle Infant Soothing Swing by Graco will be a hit with parents!
