My 2 young boys are so active and full of energy. It is great during the day but then getting them to settle down before bedtime is always a challenge. Another fantastic book is “Yawning Yoga: A Goodnight Book for Goodnight Sleep” by Laurie Jordan. For a little older kids, ages 3-6, Yawning Yoga is proven to work in helping your child sleep and settle down. Each page has a different exercise with an illustration and sleepy-themed rhyme. For parents, the index at the back explains the exercises and the benefits of doing them with photographs.
