Anything Frozen related is all the rage with little girls, boys and adults alike. The movie was wonderful but it left some of the audience wondering, what was Anna and Elsa’s relationship like for 13 years? If you are just a tad curious about the sister’s relationship and enjoyed the movie, then the book A Sister More Like Me, by Barbara Jean Hicks, answers those questions.

Sandra Boynton books were some of the first board books we ever had for our children. I had never heard of her prior to children but ever since having babies, Boynton books have been part of our lives. What sets apart Boynton from other children’s book authors is her ability to write stories about animals in a fun, silly and amusing way.

By authors, Rallie McAllister, MD, MPH and Jennifer Bright Reich, these books are useful resources for pregnant moms and parents of a new baby. Although, the book that I was most excited to read is The Mommy MD Guide to the Toddler Years.

A few weeks ago I reviewed a fantastic book, The Mommy MD Guide to Pregnancy and Birth. After that review, I was contacted by Jennifer Bright Reich (author) and asked if I would like to review their other books. I happily said yes since I enjoyed the first one. The Mommy MD Guide to Your Baby’s First Year is like a new parents go-to bible for baby. As in the other book, this book is by the same authors, Rallie McAllister, MD, MPH and Jennifer Bright Reich, it has over 900 tips from over 70 doctors who are also mothers.

The Mommy MD Guide to Pregnancy and Birth

I received The Mommy MD Guide to Pregnancy and Birth in my goodie bag from the Birth and Baby Fair. Since I am past the pregnancy and birth phase, I skimmed the book to read what it is all about. Based on my brief read and online reviews, The Mommy MD Guide series are amazing, useful, can’t-live-without books.
