I took my kids (mostly for my daughter) to see Disney on Ice: Frozen, on Wednesday night. This was the first time I have ever seen a full house for a Disney on Ice production on a Wednesday night. Since I was feeling a million times better on Wednesday (still not 100% but better) I took my kids to see Disney on Ice: Worlds of Fantasy. We had tickets thanks to Feld Entertainment and my children really wanted to see it so I pulled through and we went. I am so glad that we did. To see the pure joy from my daughter was irreplaceable.

As parents, we think we are doing the right thing by installing baby gates to the top of stairs. Although according to a study published online yesterday in the Journal of Academic Pediatrics, almost 1,800 U.S children are hospitalized every year due to injuries from collapsed gates or children climbing on the gates. Most of the injuries were not serious but more of the injuries involve boys than girls.
